Return policy

1.     Return

Without prejudice consumers are eligible to return the purchased products that has manufacturing defects or damaged by delivery mishandling or does not meet the advertised specification, or wrong products, or failure to deliver more than 15 working days from the agreed/stated date. Consumers will not be charged for any shipping fees and/or bank transfer fees.

For any other reasons not stated above, the cost of return shipping fees, bank fees and or any costs incurred (if any) will be charged to the consumer.

The return products should be within 14 days if purchased through our website or 7 days if purchased from the showroom from the date of purchasing or the date of delivery.

The returned product must be in its original packaging with it’s full set of accessories & manuals. In the event of the product being damaged due to consumer’s mishandling & negligence resulting to misuse. At our sole discretion, we hold the right to approve and reject any requests that does not satisfy the mentioned criteria.

If the products is collected from one of our store, please proceed to the same store.

2.     Refund or Replacement Process

6.1  The returned product will be inspected by our technician; original packaging & its complete set of accessories & manuals will be checked. Product manager will approve/reject the request for refund or replacement.

6.2  Replacement will be shipped back to the consumer following the original mode of purchase, store pick-up or delivery.

6.3  In case of refund, after the recalculation of the prevailing product price and after deduction of any return non-compliance fees. Refund will take up to 14 working days from the date of approval depending on the next billing cycle & bank.

6.4  Refunds will be reciprocal to the original mode of payment.

6.5  At our discretion, we reserve the right to charge the consumers the shipping fees, bank fees and or any costs incurred (if any) if the cancellation of the product is due to wrong or incomplete address detail.
